Mama Lizzy
Mama Lizzy was loving mother, sister, aunty, cousin and will be remembered for her wonderful and sunny personality. A matriarch – a title she wore with great and joy – best known for her friendly personality and love for her family.
Mama Lizzy always said that her greatest accomplishments in life were her children and grandchildren. She was a good cook and was probably happiest when all her loved ones were gathered together… eating and drinking.
She lived a full live and was mostly the life of the party everywhere she went. One of her favourite sayings was- “we only live once!”.
Mama Lizzy was a very devoted catholic and member of the Congregation of the Legionariesof Christ.
Even through the toughest times in her life, she never lost her strong faith in God or sight of what she believed mattered the most- making sure people felt loved and cared for, spending time creating memories with her family and friends, great music and good food, appreciating the beauty of nature and her faith in God.
Mama Lizzy will be deeply missed by her children, family and friends.
We are grateful to God for her life and are assured that we will meet again in heaven.
